Water treatment for factories and plants in Pakistan
Most plants can't use raw water straight from the source. Bore water in Karachi is often salty and hard, canal water carries mud and silt, and even municipal supply changes from season to season. Industrial water treatment is simply the equipment that turns that water into something your boilers, production lines and people can use.
Reverse osmosis (RO) does most of the heavy lifting. A pump pushes water through a membrane at high pressure. Clean water passes through and most of the salt and other impurities are left behind. For this to work well, the water has to be filtered first, the pressure has to suit the membranes, and the treated water often needs a little correction afterwards before it is used.
